Integrated marketing agency Ontrac has formed a partnership with Shrewsbury based Alpha Design and Marketing after making contact via LinkedIn. The companies, which combine over 50 years’ marketing agency experience, will develop new business, build for the future and contribute to the local economy.
Ontrac, which currently has offices in Newtown and Bristol, plans to use Alpha’s Shrewsbury office as a key link between the two and will work in close daily collaboration. Both companies will retain their own brands alongside a new merged brand for the Shrewsbury office.
“We have been looking for a partnership with a like-minded company for a number of years so that we could extend the areas in which we work, both geographically and in terms of disciplines and market sectors” said Elaine Nester, MD and founder of Alpha. “It was also important for us to have a succession plan for our business. We were approached by Ontrac in March via LinkedIn - and are delighted to confirm that we will be working in partnership with them from 1st July this year.”
Ontrac, which has over 30 years’ experience across 14 integrated marketing disciplines with prestigious clients such as The Home Office, Laura Ashley and Garden and Leisure, will be ideally complemented by Alpha’s expertise in sectors such as food and drink, textiles and professional services.
