Held each year to recognise quality, innovation and excellence in the Welsh food and drink industry, the True Taste Awards night brings together producers, caterers, members of the hospitality sector and a large contingent of food and drink VIPs. The Ontrac team were responsible for the entire project management for two years, venue sourcing, marketing it to attendees and sponsors, selecting the finest entertainment and speakers, and arranging the technical, production and logistical elements. The icing on the cake - managing the judging process of more than 500 exceptional Welsh products and services.
