Famed for centuries for its hospitality, Gregynog is a stunning venue nestled in some of the most spectacular countryside in Wales. The former home of renowned art collectors and philanthropists, the Davies sisters, Gregynog subsequently became a colleagiate conference centre for the University of Wales.
It has since become an independent charitable trust, and this decision by the University of Wales Council has opened up a number of exciting new opportunities for the hall and estate which will safeguard Gregynog. For the first time, Gregynog will have access to potential funding from sources such as the Heritage Lottery Fund, which could extend its cultural and environmental remit. In addition it also allows them to develop their business as a unique venue for conferences and weddings.
As well as developing a website and printed material, we have produced a series of signage from road signs, to interpretation boards, to interactive maps and displays to signs promoting specific events – all designed and produced to be complementary to the house but also produced in materials which are sympathetic to the environment.
