Blas is Welsh for "taste", and we have provided just that for the Welsh Assembly Government over several years to promote the best of Welsh food and drink. They then asked us to do more.
The brief was to create a fully integrated campaign for the ‘Blas' exhibition. We coordinated a fully functioning cafe and restaurant with live cookery demonstrations, a food photography showcase and a gourmet "Best of Welsh" store. We also provided all copywriting, photography, creative development, collateral production and full event management.
