The RAC – integrated

When the RAC asked us to help fight off fierce competition Ontrac's "integrated mechanics" came to the rescue. 

The brief: Keep the recruitment drives running smoothly and monitor outcomes.

We hit top gear with direct mail, advertising, photography, exhibition panels, media planning and buying, print management and fulfilment. To keep them on the circuit we also monitored cost per response rates and maximised ROI.

The result: 20,000 new members. That's more than going the extra mile.
